1. Return Conditions

You have 15 days from the purchase date to contact us.

We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or any defective merchandise purchased on Dollupboutique.com for return. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact Doll Up Boutique Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanges: bodysuits, lingeries, swimwears, panties, bra, bikinis, pre-order productsItems with non-returnable marks and free gifts can’t be returned.

2. How To Return

1. If you would like to make a return or exchange, please contact our customer service. Make sure our team has worked with you on the issue before you send the package.

2. Securely pack the item(s) in the same package you received the product

3. Send back the product by Mauritius Post (Rs.50 to pay)*
