Shipping info
Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible.
We have two types of products, Products in stock can be deliver on the next day if you order before 2pm & products on pre-order can be delivery in 12-18 days from the date that it is placed.
PAYMENT
For product in stock we accept payment at delivery by Juice, bank transfer, myT Money or cash.
For product on pre-order we need a down payment to secure your order, down payment can be done by Juice, bank transfer or myT Money and at delivery you can also pay in Cash.
Online payment by card will be soon available.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.
HOME DELIVERY
The delivery courrier is not aware of the products you have ordered. If you have any issue, contact us directly on whatsapp 59416359
There is no fixed delivery time.The driver will call you one hour before arriving. Please ensure to be available on that day or arrange for someone to collect it for you.
Free Home delivery over Rs.1500 purchase/ Else pay Rs.150. We also do free home delivery at Quatre Bornes & Ebene 5 times per week with no minimum amount.
Place your order before 2pm to be deliver on the next day
If we made a mistake about your order, no additional delivery fee will be required.
Exchange on selected products is possible only after we have confirmed and a fee of Rs150 will be applicable
Delivery fees/Postages fees are non refundable
PROCESSING
It normally takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
